Personal Safety Nets Resources

Through the years, we have created and assembled resources to help individuals identify their Personal Safety Nets. These tools have been used in dozens of trainings and have been adapted to suit the needs of participants. For human resources coordinators, education coordinators, senior center program staff, families and individuals alike, we recommend the book and workbook as a great overall guide. Additional supplemental resources to tailor to your needs based on subject matter are also provided in the Free Resources section.

PERSONAL SAFETY NETS: THE BOOK

This is a book about teamwork. It’s goal is to help individuals or groups maximize their experience with inevitable changes and challenges in life. It’s strategies apply from youth to old age, across income levels, in ‘good’ situations and ‘bad’. Go to Personal Safety Nets: The Book or listen to the audio book version.

PERSONAL SAFETY NETS WORKBOOK

The Workbook: Get Ready/Get Started, by Judy Pigott and Dr. John W. Gibson is available as a free download. You can save or print off the pages and have them all for yourself.  Go to the Workbook!
